Who is Responsible for Range Safety?

Everyone. Anyone can call 'Cease Fire' at any time when an unsafe condition is observed. The appropriate response when some has dinged you for a Safety violation is "Thank You!". The Ranger Commander is the final authority in all safety matters, and is authorized by the Club Membership to eject an unsafe shooter from the match and/or premises.
